Universal City Walk, Universal City, CA – Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron were all smiles after they got done watching “Avatar” in 3-D. On a chilly night, Vanessa wore a hooded sweatshirt, jeans and Ugg boots, while Zac wore what is becoming somewhat of a trademark look for him with the wool beanie and sunglasses. In a playful way, Vanessa and Zac ran to their car while laughing about the fact that they had been caught by the paparazzi out on a movie date.

Vanessa Hudgens is suing the owners of a website over the publication of photos which appear to show the actress naked.
The 21 year old was embroiled in scandal earlier this year (09) when saucy snaps, which appeared to show her undressed, surfaced online.
Hudgens’ lawyers battled to have the photos removed from the web and now she’s taking legal action against one particular website which allegedly refused to take the pictures down.
She has filed suit against bosses at Moejackson.com, alleging a series of “self portrait photographs” taken in a private home with a cellphone were published on the site and remained on view even after her lawyers claimed copyright violation and ordered the pictures to be removed, according to TMZ.com.
The papers state, “The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens’ knowledge or consent.”
The celebrity website is reporting that Hudgens’ team has registered the nude photos with the U.S. Copyright Office.
She is seeking damages and an injunction to order the site to remove the pictures.
It’s the second time Hudgens has been at the centre of a nude snaps scandal. She was previously left red-faced in 2007 when pictures taken of her posing provocatively both nude and in lingerie appeared online – forcing the Disney star to issue a public apology.
